So read on for our top 10 tips to keep in mind when renovating your new place.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><b>Plan Appropriately<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Budget, design, and schedule ahead of time. You don\u2019t want to get impatient and dive in head first, or you\u2019ll inevitably find yourself overwhelmed and over-budget! With that said, you do want to be flexible.
